Currently, an estimated 2 million children in the UK are experiencing challenges with speech, language & communication.
That's around 1 in 5 children.
That's potentially 5-6 children in every primary school classroom.
Research suggests that children with speech, language and communication difficulties are at greater risk of experiencing academic failure, social isolation and exclusion, poor mental health, reduced employability in adulthood.
Speech and Language Therapy intervention can help to lessen, or even eliminate these risks.
My mission is to deliver a high-quality, individualised Speech and Language Therapy service, where each child's unique communication style is celebrated, empowering their growth and confidence. I am dedicated to providing a neurodiversity-affirming practice, offering approaches and strategies to unlock a child's potential and enhance their communication skills.
